Every order is placed through a secure, encrypted checkout. We currently accept payment by bank transfer (BACS), and we never ask for or store your online banking login details at any point.
Paying by bank transfer (BACS)
Bank transfer is a simple, direct payment made from your own bank account or banking app. There is no card, no third-party processor, and no additional fee.

How it works
- Place your order. Choose Bank Transfer (BACS) as your payment method and complete the checkout as normal.
- Receive our details. Our account name, sort code and account number are shown on the order confirmation screen and emailed to you straight away (and are listed above for reference).
- Make the transfer. Send the order total from your bank or banking app, quoting your order number as the payment reference.
- We confirm and dispatch. As soon as the funds arrive we’ll email you, and your order is prepared for dispatch via Royal Mail.
Please quote your order number
Your order number is the single most important part of the transfer. It is how we match your payment to your order. A payment that arrives without a reference has to be traced manually, which delays dispatch — so please add it before you confirm the transfer.
How long does payment take to clear?
Most UK bank transfers are sent via Faster Payments and reach us the same working day, often within minutes. Some banks apply their own delays, particularly on a first payment to a new payee or on larger amounts, so occasionally it can take longer. Your order is held while we wait, and nothing is dispatched until payment has cleared.
Unpaid orders
Orders are held for 7 days. If payment has not been received in that time the order is cancelled automatically and the stock released. You’re welcome to place a new order at any point.
